Up Island

Not a GB trip, but here are some shots from our just-concluded two-week fishing trip to the north end of Vancouver Island. Our favorite part of the world.

I had spent the two weeks before the trip directing a biofuel shoot in China. Fliew home on Friday, went up north on Saturday. Quite a contrast.

It was in the photo "Johnstone." And blowing 25-35 to boot. We were up there for two weeks and it rained about 3/4 of the time. There were two cloudless or nearly cloudless days. The rest were overcast if not actually raining. However it only rained hard on a few occasions. Most of the time it was misty rain which is my favorite kind of weather.
