New nameplates

Postby dsherburn » Wed Jul 31, 2019 6:41 pm

The nav light/name plate board on my '76 GB 32 are getting a little ratty, so I made some new ones from PVC on the CNC router. They look good but I may run a set in wood. What's recommended here...mahogony or teak (or stay with the PVC)...

Teak will hold up better in the weather but pvc is indestructible. Nice work on the cnc.

Gotta be teak. Look at your trim in your picture.
