Cummins 4BT re-power a GB32?

Thinking of re-powering my 1966 GB32 with a Cummins 4BT. Has anyone done this?

It is certainly a well proven engine and would seem a good match at the 150hp rating. It probably means new transmission as well but you should be able to keep your shaft. It is probably not as smooth as your existing six cylinder. I can't see much downside other than costs and ROI.

Pretty much what I’ve heard so far and exiting transmission will work.
